I draw my inspiration in everyday connection - a glance, a laugh, a touch of a hand, a kiss on the cheek, a stare across the room.
Real emotion leads the way for me. I’m not chasing perfect poses (all the time) or still smiles. I’m drawn to the quiet glances, the deep belly laughs, the hands that reach without thinking. Those are the in between moments that make up your stories.
My approach is simple & intentional: create space for you to feel like yourself, then quietly capture what unfolds. The most meaningful image aren’t manufactured - they’re organic.

That’s what I hold onto every time I get behind my lens. The truth in the way you look at each other, the closing chapter of your high school/college career, the laughs between your kiddos, or the split second of stillness in a blur of events on your wedding day.
I’m here to notice the things you don’t even realize are happening & give them back to you in a way that feels honest, warm, & long lasting.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
First of all - you don’t need to know anything! It’s my job to guide you every step of the way. I’ll help with everything from what to wear, how to pose (or not pose at all), location scouting, & everything in between. We’ll keep it relaxed & fun.
A few quick tips -
Wear something you feel confident in! Bonus: Neutrals always photograph beautifully.
Don’t stress about posing. I’ll gently guide you through the whole thing!
Come as you are. The goal is to capture YOU. The real connection, laughter, movement, & in-between moments.
Trust the process. Even if it feels awkward at first, or the poses I’m instructing feel silly, I promise they’ll reflect the love & energy that’s there.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel within 55 miles is included no matter what package you choose (portraits or weddings). For sessions/weddings outside of that radius, a custom mileage fee may apply depending on the location. I’m always happy to break that down custom to your session ahead of signing any contract so there are no surprises!
Hong long does it take to get our gallery back?
For portrait sessions, you can expect your full gallery within 1-3 weeks (depending on busy season/not busy season).
For weddings, turnaround time is typically between 4-10 weeks. You can always expect a sneak peak no matter the session within 24-48 hours after so you have something special to hold you over while I carefully edit the full story.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather isn’t cooperating (rain, high winds, etc), don’t worry - we’ll reschedule for no extra cost! I always keep an eye on the forecast & will check in the day before/morning of to get your thoughts.
If it’s your wedding day, we’ll embrace whatever comes - rain, shine, or anything in between. I’ll come prepared with umbrellas & creativity to make sure your day is still captured perfectly, no matter the forecast.
